Refunds and Returns Policy for Storybox World & Storybook Art Prints
Effective Date: March 8, 2025
Thank you for shopping at Storybox World. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products include both physical and digital prints, and the terms for returns and refunds are tailored to these types of products.
1. Classes & Events
Refund Conditions:
- All class and event purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Your registration includes access to both the live virtual event and a pre-recorded class playlist to ensure you can participate at your own pace. If you are unable to attend live, you will still have full access to the class materials and recordings.
- However, if there is an issue with your purchase (such as not receiving access to the event or class content), please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Refund Process for Classes & Events:
- If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your class materials, please contact us at dream@storyboxworld.com with details of the issue.
- Each request will be reviewed individually to determine if a solution or credit transfer can be provided.
2. Craft Boxes & Physical Art Prints
Return Conditions:
- You have **14 calendar days** to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please email us at dream@storyboxworld.com with your order number, the details of the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Digital Printable Files & Digital Art Prints
Refund Conditions:
- Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be "returned." Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds for printable downloads and digital print purchases.
- However, if you experience technical issues or discrepancies in your purchase that cannot be resolved (such as corrupt files or wrong content), you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process for Digital Products:
- Please contact us at dream@storyboxworld.com with details of the product and the issue. Include screenshots or detailed descriptions of the problem.
- Each case will be reviewed individually to determine if a refund can be issued.
Exchanges:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for an exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized prints are not eligible for returns due to the customization's specific nature.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For exchanges due to defective or damaged items, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
